We offer a pick up and delivery service whether you are in North Taranaki, Ohakune, Raetihi, or south of Palmerston North, and all places in between. When your next service is due we will give you a courtesy call to remind you or you can use this website to book a service on-line.

How often should I have my bike serviced?
We recommend every four months or 1500 Kms for all brands of quad bikes, every 4 months for two wheel farm bikes, and 6 months for road bikes.
What is the Warranty period for new bikes?For all Quads – 24 month or 15,000km, whichever comes soonest.

Your bike is no different from a car and needs to be regularly serviced to maintain its safety, it’s value, and it continual good performance for you, the owner. Where the bike differs from a car is that it does not need a warrant of fitness, which makes it more important to have regular services to maintain the bike safety.
Can I Service my own bike?
Yes, but please talk to us first re maintaining warranty coverage. If you do service your own bike we would recommend that you book it in every six months for a professional service to ensure the safety of the bike.
Do you service other makes of bikes other than Suzuki?
Yes. We service all makes of quads, two wheelers, dirt bikes and road bikes.
Do you offer on farm servicing?No, we do not believe a bike can be adequately appraised and serviced to the necessary standard to maintain safety and value, from the back of a truck, more so as the technology in bike motors increases. Most new bike and quads now have a computer system that we hook into a laptop and get a detailed bike diognostic check and a list of things to check.We offer a pick up and delivery to bring your bike into a fully equipped workshop, and if you need a replacement bike while yours is being serviced we have a fleet of loan bikes.

Basic Safety tips:
- Riders must be trained/experienced to ride a quad
- Passengers must not be carried
- Always wear a helmet – we stock approved safety helmets
- Do not let kids control adult sized quads – minimum age is 16 yr’s old
- Keep quads well maintained
- Take extreme care on slopes and rough terrain
- Do not overload your quad – be aware of its center of gravity
